Uniform Cleaning The County agrees to provide for a contract cleaning arrangement whereby pickup service will be available at the Yakima County Department of Corrections. Cleaning shall be authorized for all personnel required to wear uniforms in the course of their employment. Installation, Maintenance, Testing and Repair Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, to the extent required by Applicable Law, Interconnection provided by a Party shall be equal in quality to that provided by such Party to itself, any subsidiary, affiliates or third party. If either Party is unable to fulfill its obligations under this Section 14.2, it shall notify the other Party of its inability to do so and will negotiate alternative intervals in good faith. The Parties agree that to the extent required by Applicable Law, the standards to be used by a Party for isolating and clearing any disconnections and/or other outages or troubles shall be at parity with standards used by such Party with respect to itself, any subsidiary, affiliate or third party.
Cleaning 8.1 CONTRACTOR shall, at his own expenses, at all times keep the premises free from accumulation of debris, waste materials, and rubbish, and at the completion of the work, he shall remove his tools and equipment and all surplus materials, debris, waste material, and rubbish and shall leave the premises in a neat and clean condition. If CONTRACTOR does not attend to such cleaning immediately upon request, OWNER shall have the right to have this work done by others and deduct the cost therefore from the payment due CONTRACTOR hereunder.

Building Maintenance The host facility provider shall maintain (in a state of good repair) all buildings used for the educational program. All damages made by the AGENCY’s program will be the responsibility of the AGENCY to repair.
Graffiti Franchisee shall require in all contracts (entered into after the Effective Date) with each of its customers of their Solid Waste Collection Services to maintain the Container, as defined in Chapter 9.04 of the City Code or as amended from time to time, free from graffiti. Franchisee’s Containers may display the name, address and/or phone number of the Franchisee, identification numbering or lettering assigned by the Franchisee, and any warnings, notices or instructions posted by Franchisee. If Franchisee’s customers do not remove graffiti from the Franchisee’s Containers, then Franchisee shall remove the graffiti and may bill its customer for the cost or replace the Container at the customer’s expense. If, after five days notice from the Director, the Franchisee or its customer has not removed the graffiti or replaced the Containers, then the City may cover or remove the graffiti or the Container.
System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. To the extent possible, USBFS shall notify the Trust of all planned outages and will perform any necessary maintenance during non-business hours.
