Common use of Duties and Obligations of Executive Clause in Contracts

Duties and Obligations of Executive. Executive shall serve as the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of Bank and shall perform the duties of such positions as set forth in the position description approved by resolutions adopted by the Board of Directors of Bank, which shall be attached to this Agreement as an addendum, and such additional duties as may from time to time be reasonably requested of him by the Board of Directors of Bank.

Duties and Obligations of Executive. The Executive shall serve as the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Operating Officer of the Bank pursuant to this Agreement and shall perform the customary duties of such positions as set forth office in the position description approved by resolutions adopted by the Board of Directors of Bank, which shall be attached to this Agreement as an addendum, commercial banking industry and such additional duties not inconsistent therewith, as may from time to time be reasonably requested of him by the President and Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors of the Bank.

The Executive shall serve as the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Risk Officer of the Bank and as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategic Officer of BCH pursuant to this Agreement and shall perform the customary duties of each such positions as set forth office in the position description approved by resolutions adopted by the Board of Directors of Bank, which shall be attached to this Agreement as an addendum, commercial banking industry and such additional duties not inconsistent therewith, as may from time to time be reasonably requested of him by the President and Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors of BankBCH.

The Executive shall serve as the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Banking Officer of the Bank pursuant to this Agreement and shall perform the customary duties of such positions as set forth office in the position description approved by resolutions adopted by the Board of Directors of Bank, which shall be attached to this Agreement as an addendum, commercial banking industry and such additional duties not inconsistent therewith, as may from time to time be reasonably requested of him her by the President and Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors of the Bank.

The Executive shall serve as the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer President, Specialty Markets Division, of the Bank pursuant to this Agreement and shall perform the customary duties of each such positions as set forth office in the position description approved by resolutions adopted by the Board of Directors of Bank, which shall be attached to this Agreement as an addendum, commercial banking industry and such additional duties not inconsistent therewith, as may from time to time be reasonably requested of him by the President and Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors of the Bank.

Duties and Obligations of Executive. Executive shall serve as the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Financial Officer of Bancorp and Bank in accordance with the Allocation, and shall perform the duties of such positions as set forth in the position description descriptions approved by resolutions adopted by the Board Boards of Directors of Bancorp and Bank, which shall be attached to this Agreement as an addendum, and such additional duties as may from time to time be reasonably requested of him by the Board Boards of Directors of Bancorp and Bank.

Duties and Obligations of Executive. Executive shall serve as the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer Operations Manager of Bank and shall perform the duties of such positions as set forth in the position description approved by resolutions adopted by the Board of Directors of Bank, which shall be attached to this Agreement as an addendum, and such additional duties as may from time to time be reasonably requested of him her by the Board of Directors of Bank.
