Title and Description of Duties. Employee shall serve as Vice President of Company, and also as Director on the Company’s Board of Directors. In his capacity as Vice President, Employee shall be responsible for all operations of Company, and such other tasks and duties as may be requested by the Board of Directors of Company.

Employee also serves as Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors (“Chairman”), which said position has been addressed separately from this Agreement. In his capacity as Chief Executive Officer and Secretary, Employee shall be responsible for all operations of the Company, and such other tasks and duties as may be requested by the Board of Directors of the Company.
Title and Description of Duties. Lai shall serve as Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Immecor Corporation. In that capacity, Lai shall do and perform all services, acts, or things necessary or advisable to fulfill the duties of that position. Lai shall ay all times be subject to the direction of the President, and to the policies established by the Board of Directors of Immecor. The duties of Lai may be modified from time to time by the mutual consent of Immecor and Lai without resulting in a rescission of this Agreement. The mutual written consent of Immecor and Lai shall constitute execution of that modification.
Title and Description of Duties. Employee shall serve as the Chief Financial Officer of Employer at its office in Valencia, California. The parties agree this services shall be rendered primarily from Southern California.

Title and Description of Duties. Executive shall serve as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”), Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) or Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) and its President, Treasurer and Secretary. The Company is presently engaged in negotiations with, China Energy Technology Corp., Ltd. a U.S. public company organized as a Nevada corporation (“Pubco”), pursuant to which the Company may enter into a merger, share exchange or similar form of business combination with Pubco whereby the Company will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pubco and the shareholders of the Company will receive shares of Pubco common stock constituting a majority of Pubco’s then outstanding common stock. In such event, this Employment Agreement will be assumed by Pubco and the Executive shall provide the duties hereunder on behalf of Pubco. Alternatively, if requested by Pubco, Executive shall enter into a new agreement with Pubco on similar terms. Hereunder, Executive shall do and perform all services, acts, or things necessary or advisable to fulfill the duties of a CEO/ CFO/COO, as applicable, and shall at all times be subject to the policies established by the Company’s Board of Directors.
Title and Description of Duties. Employee shall serve as the Secretary and Treasurer of the Company and will report directly to the Company's Chief Executive Officer. During his employment, Employee shall perform the duties and bear the responsibilities commensurate with his position, as directed by the Company's, Chief Executive Officer and shall serve the Company faithfully and to the best of his ability. Employee shall not engage in any other business activity or activities that require personal services by Employee that, in the judgment of the Chief Executive Officer, conflicts with the proper performance of Employee's duties hereunder. Employee further agrees not to work for any competitive enterprise during his employment, including after hours.
