Duties and Responsibilities of Job Stewards. The following will be understood to constitute the duties and responsibilities of Job Stewards: 11.3.1 After notifying his/her immediate superior as much in advance as possible, a Job Xxxxxxx will be permitted to leave his/her normal work area during reasonable times in order to process grievances (see Section 10.6).
