Common use of Duties of Employee Clause in Contracts

Duties of Employee. (a) The Employee shall serve as Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation, and of any subsidiary or affiliated corporation if elected by the appropriate Board of Directors, and shall perform such duties as are appropriate to such office and not inconsistent therewith as may be assigned to him by the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation.

Duties of Employee. (aA) The Employee shall serve as President and Chief Financial Executive Officer of the Corporation or in such other positions as may be determined by the Board of Directors of the Corporation, and of any subsidiary or affiliated corporation if elected by the appropriate Board of Directors, and Employee shall perform such duties as are appropriate to on behalf of the Corporation and its subsidiaries by such office means, at such locations, and not inconsistent therewith in such manner as may be assigned specified from time to him time by the Chief Executive Officer officers or Board of Directors of the Corporation.

During the term of his employment, Employee shall devote substantially all of his business time, attention and energy, and his reasonable best efforts, to the interests and business of the Company and to the performance of his duties and responsibilities on behalf of the Company.
