Engaging in Other Employment. The Employee shall devote his entire productive time, ability, and attention during the normal business hours to the business of the Employer. The Employee shall not, during the term of this Agreement, directly or indirectly, render any services of a business, commercial, or a professional nature, whether for compensation or otherwise, to any person or organization which competes, directly or indirectly, with the business of the employer, without the prior written consent of the Employer.
Engaging in Other Employment. Executive hereby agrees to undertake the responsibilities for and devote his productive time, abilities, and attention to the business of Employer during the term of this Agreement.
Engaging in Other Employment. Employee shall devote a substantial portion of his business time, energies, attention and abilities to the business of the Corporation; provided, however, that Employee shall not be prohibited from: (i) making investments in other businesses; and (ii) actively participating in the operation of any business within which he has invested.

Engaging in Other Employment. The Employee shall devote such productive time, ability, and attention to the business of the Company during the term of this Agreement as is required to fulfill his duties and responsibilities as set forth in Paragraph 3.1 above. During the period of employment, the Employee further agrees not to (i) solely or jointly with others undertake or join any planning for or organization of any business activity competitive with the business activities of the Company, or (ii) directly or indirectly, engage or participate in any other activities in conflict with the best interest of the Company. Notwithstanding anything herein contained to the contrary, the Employee shall be able to devote such time as he deems reasonably necessary to his own private investments and affairs, so long as the performance of the Employee hereunder is not impaired and the covenants contained herein are not violated.
Engaging in Other Employment. During the Term of this Agreement, Employee shall devote his full business time and best efforts in carrying out his duties as an officer of the Bank and shall not have other employment during the term of this Agreement without the consent of Employer.
Engaging in Other Employment. Consultant shall be available at reasonable times for the services provided for in this consulting agreement, but shall devote only such time to the affairs of the Corporation as the Consultant, in his sole judgment, shall deem necessary. Consultant may represent, perform services for, and be employed by such additional persons or companies as the Consultant, in his sole discretion may desire.
Engaging in Other Employment. While employed by the Company, except as otherwise approved by the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”), the Executive shall devote substantially all of his working time and attention to the Company and its affiliates and shall not be employed by any other person or entity. Notwithstanding the foregoing or the provisions of Section 10(b) of this Agreement, the Executive is permitted to do any of the following while he is employed by the Company or any of its subsidiaries: (i) if approved in advance by resolution of the Board, serve as an owner, officer, director, or manager of any other for-profit business entity, so long as it is not engaged in a business that competes with the Company; (ii) make a passive investment in less than 1% of the outstanding equity of any business entity that is traded on any national, regional, or international stock exchange or in the over-the-counter market, whether or not the business entity is engaged in a business that competes with the Company; and (iii) participate in a reasonable number of civic, industry, charitable, community, educational, professional, and similar organizations, including serving as an officer or member of a board of directors of any nonprofit organization; provided, in each case, that the activity or service does not materially interfere with the regular performance of the Executive’s duties and responsibilities under this Agreement.
