Duties of General Counsel. The General Counsel shall be the chief legal officer of the Corporation. The General Counsel shall, with the help of those whom he or she may employ (including any firm of which he may be a member) supervise the handling of all claims made by or against the Corporation, the filing of such statements, reports or other documents as may be required by state and federal agencies controlling corporations and their securities, render legal advice to the Officers and Directors and generally manage all matters of a legal nature for the Corporation.
