Duties Outside the Contract Day/Year. The Board of Education recognizes that staff, in the performance of duties such as open house, parent conferences and faculty meetings, may stay past 3:25 p.m. It is the responsibility of the administration to assure that faculty time be used judiciously in these situations and that extra requested time be kept to a minimum. Every effort will be made to keep meetings and conferences within the confines of the contract day. Release time will be utilized to assist in the process. The Board reaffirms that the faculty and administration shall treat these situations professionally. Teachers who are required to perform duties or attend any function outside of the regular contract day/year shall be compensated in an amount equal to their prorated per diem rate. Administrators, giving staff a week’s notice, may hold one staff meeting per month, lasting no later than 4:10 pm, without compensation.

  • Contract Duration and Annual Salary 1. The College hereby employs the Administrator in the capacity of Director of Adult Educational Development, Assistant Professor for one year, commencing on July 1, 2023 and terminating on June 30, 2024. The Administrator accepts such employment on the conditions hereinafter set forth, and any applicable provisions of the Board of Trustees Policy Manual. In the event of conflict between Board Policy and this Contract, the Contract shall govern.

  • Drawings Submitted During the Contract Term Where required to develop maintain and deliver diagrams or other technical schematics regarding the scope of work, Contractor shall do so on an ongoing basis at no additional charge, and must, as a condition of payment, update drawings and plans during the Contract term to reflect additions, alterations, and deletions. Such drawings and diagrams shall be delivered to the Authorized User’s representative.

  • C4 Price adjustment on extension of the Initial Contract Period C4.1 The Contract Price shall apply for the Initial Contract Period. In the event that the Client agrees to extend the Initial Contract Period pursuant to clause F8 (Extension of Initial Contract Period) the Client shall, in the 6 month period prior to the expiry of the Initial Contract Period, enter into good faith negotiations with the Contractor (for a period of not more than 30 Working Days) to agree a variation in the Contract Price.

  • Shortfall of Annual Working Hours There shall be no pay back for shortfall of annual working hours in the shift systems determined in this Agreement.

  • Underutilization and Early Termination Charges If Customer's Total Service Charges do not reach the AVC, in any Contract Year during the Initial Term; Customer shall pay an “Underutilization Charge” equal to 50% of the unmet AVC. If Customer’s Total Service Charges do not reach the AVC in any Contract Year because the Agreement is terminated early by Customer without Cause or by the Company with Cause, Customer shall pay an “Early Termination Charge” equal to 50% of the unmet AVC plus a pro rata portion of any credits received by Customer.

  • REGULAR WORK YEAR FOR TEACHERS 20.1 The annual salary established for employees covered by this agreement shall be payable in respect of the teacher's regular work year.

  • EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL 7.1 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of Our obligations under these Terms that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control.

  • REGULAR WORK YEAR 1. The annual salary established for employees covered by this Collective Agreement shall be payable in respect of the employees’ regular work year. The regular work year shall be the regular school year as established by the Board and shall not exceed one hundred and ninety-five (195) days in session per school year.

  • Work Period; Overtime Pay The work period for overtime computation purposes shall be a seven (7) day period, as defined by the Employer. Nurses working this twelve (12) hour shift schedule shall be paid overtime compensation at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) times the regular rate of pay for the first two (2) hours after the end of the twelve (12) hour shift or for any hours worked beyond forty (40) hours in a seven (7) day period. If a nurse works more than two (2) consecutive hours beyond the end of the twelve (12) hour shift, all overtime hours after fourteen (14) consecutive hours of work for that shift shall be paid at double time (2x).
