DUTIES TO NOTIFY. Provider shall inform HERE in writing without undue delay but in any event not later than 24 hours after having become aware of violations of Provider´s contractual or statutory obligations or instructions issued by HERE, as well as complaints or investigations of supervisory authorities and incidents that result in an actual or potential infringement of the Personal Data processed on behalf of HERE by Provider or any subprocessor (“Data Privacy Incident”). The written notification shall include the following: (i) the date of the Data Privacy Incident; (ii) a description of the Data Privacy Incident; (iii) the names of the persons whose Personal Data might possibly have been affected as well as a description of the type of the affected Personal Data; and (iv) any additional information required by law. In case of any Data Privacy Incident, Provider shall refrain from making any regulatory filings or publishing any notifications relating to the Data Privacy Incident without HERE´s written authorization unless required by applicable law, and shall at its own expense (i) thoroughly investigate the Data Privacy Incident;

DUTIES TO NOTIFY. 9.1 Where the Subscriber’s data becomes subject to search and seizure, an attachment order, confiscation during bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings, or similar events or measures by third parties while in Honeywell Homes’s control, Honeywell Homes shall notify the Subscriber of such action without undue delay. Honeywell Homes shall, without undue delay, notify to all pertinent parties in such action, that any data affected thereby is in the Subscriber’s sole property and area of responsibility, that data is at Subscriber’s sole disposition, and that the Subscriber is the responsible body in the sense of applicable law.

In some occasions may be required to exercise interpersonal and conflict resolution skills when dealing with tenants with complex health and social issues when other resources are not available. 2. Maintains inventory, records and standards (a) Maintains records related to work orders, chargebacks, preventive maintenance programs, and inventory; (b) Assists in the estimating and ordering of materials.

  • Duties of Provider 5. D e-Identified Data. Section 5 (De-Identified Data) of Article IV (Duties of Provider) of the SDPA is hereby modified by deleting “indirectly” from the last sentence and by deleting the second to last sentence and replacing with the following sentence: “Except for Subprocessors, Provider agrees not to transfer de- identified Student Data to any party unless (a) that party agrees in writing not to attempt re-identification, and (b) that party agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to Student Data privacy and security, all as may be amended from time to time.”

  • DUTIES OF THE CONTRACTOR shall be to provide services in accordance with Exhibit A, Statement of Work, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. The performance of these duties shall be at times and places within the limits of District policy at the discretion of the Contractor.
