Duty of account data accuracy and maintenance. As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring that all the data relevant to you and the technical administrator registered in the switchplus ltd. database in connection with your account and subscribed services (including registrant information for DOMAIN registrations and the data of the technical administrator) are kept up to date, complete and correct for the entire contract period. You are obliged to notify within seven (7) calendar days of any changes to the full name, postal address, e- mail address and telephone number. For switchplus ltd., only the data registered in the database is authoritative. switchplus ltd. is not obliged to take note of data communicated other than via the account or itself to conduct research for purposes of correcting these data. You will report any material changes to the validity of your authorization, charter, license, residency, title, status and/or other related credentials that will effect your legitimacy or qualification to be the holder of the DOMAIN. If the data proves to be incomplete, inaccurate or not up to date, particularly based on information from a third party, Registry or authority, and as a result your identity can be determined only with disproportionate time and effort or if messages to you are undeliverable, switchplus ltd. is entitled to interrupt the service in question or to terminate a service without notice according to clause 6.3. switchplus ltd. reserves the right to xxxx any costs, which result due to out-dated, incomplete or incorrect contact information. In particular, this refers to added effort in terms of address review and new billing including shipping etc.

  • Establishment and Maintenance of Records GRANTEE shall maintain records, including but not limited to, books, financial records, supporting documents, statistical records, personnel, property, and all other pertinent records sufficient to reflect properly:

  • Operation and Maintenance Manuals Receipts for transmittal of Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Brochures and Data to the Design Professional (or Commissioning Agent) as required by Section 6.1.1.5.

  • Compliance with Audit and Reporting Requirements; Maintenance of Records A. The Grantee shall submit to an audit of funds paid through this Grant Agreement and shall make all books, accounting records and other documents available at all reasonable times during the term of this Grant Agreement and for a period of three (3) years after final payment for inspection by the State or its authorized designee.   • Maintenance of Records I agree to keep and maintain adequate and current written records of all Inventions made by me (solely or jointly with others) during the term of my employment with the Company. Contractor shall retain and keep accessible all such financial records and other Records for a minimum of 6 years, or such longer period as may be required by applicable law, following final payment and termination of this Contract, or until the conclusion of any audit, controversy or litigation arising out of or related to this Contract, whichever date is later.

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE If technical support and maintenance is a part of the Goods that Contractor provides under the Contract, Contractor will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to the Department in a reasonable time when the Department makes technical support or maintenance requests regarding the Goods.

  • Maintenance and Inspection of Records The City, or its authorized auditors or representatives, shall have access to and the right to audit and reproduce any of the Contractor's records to the extent the City deems necessary to insure it is receiving all money to which it is entitled under the Contract and/or is paying only the amounts to which Contractor is properly entitled under the Contract or for other purposes relating to the Contract. The Contractor shall maintain and preserve all such records for a period of at least three (3) years after termination of the Contract. The Contractor shall maintain all such records in the City of Xxxxxx. If not, the Contractor shall, upon request, promptly deliver the records to the City of Xxxxxx or reimburse the City for all reasonable and extra costs incurred in conducting the audit at a location other than the City of Xxxxxx, including, but not limited to, such additional (out of the City) expenses for personnel, salaries, private auditors, travel, lodging, meals, and overhead.

  • Support and Maintenance Where Licensee purchases support and/or maintenance services, Licensee’s initial support and/or maintenance term will begin upon delivery to Licensee of the Licensed Software and continue for one (1) year thereafter (or the length of the term if less than a year for any subscription/term license) unless otherwise specified in the applicable annual support and/or maintenance agreement, Product Order, or other written agreement executed between Licensor and Licensee. Where Licensee purchases support and/or maintenance for any Licensed Software, Licensee hereby agrees that it shall purchase such support and/or maintenance services for all of Licensee’s licensed units of such Licensed Software product. Support and/or maintenance services provided by Licensor will be subject to Licensor’s then current applicable standard annual support and/or maintenance agreement unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing.

  • Software Maintenance Subrecipient shall apply security patches and upgrades in a timely manner and keep virus software up-to-date on all systems on which State data may be stored or accessed.

  • Internet Access to Contract and Pricing Information Access by Authorized Users to Contract terms and pricing information shall be made available and publically posted on the OGS website. To that end, OGS shall publically post the Contract Pricelist, including all subsequent changes in the Contract offerings (adds, deletes, price revisions), Contractor contact information, and the Contract terms and conditions, throughout the Contract term.
