Duty Program. The City shall establish and maintain a Duty Program which shall be made a part of this Agreement as Appendix C. If, during the term of this Agreement, changes in the Duty Program are necessary, the City shall notify Local 521 and, upon request, provide an opportunity to meet and confer.
