Duty to Accommodate. The Employer and the Union have a "duty to accommodate" ill or injured employees. Accordingly, the Employer and the Union will, where an employee has an illness or injury, cooperate to accommodate the employee's incapacity so as to allow the employee to remain at or return to meaningful work with the Employer.
