Displacement of Vacation. Where, in respect of any period of vacation leave, an Employee is:
(a) granted bereavement leave, or
(b) granted sick leave as a result of hospitalization during the scheduled vacation, or
(c) granted sick leave, verified by a physician, which confined the Employee for a period of four (4) or more consecutive days, or
(d) granted sick leave, verified by a medical doctor immediately prior to commencing scheduled vacation and such illness continues into the period of scheduled vacation, or
(e) granted other approved leave of absence, the period of vacation so displaced shall either be added to the vacation period if mutually agreed or reinstated for use at a later date.
Displacement of Vacation. Where in respect to any period of vacation leave, an Employee:
(a) Is granted bereavement leave, or
(b) Is granted sick leave as a result of hospitalization, or
(c) Is granted sick leave for an illness which would confine the Employee for a duration of more than three (3) days (a medical certificate substantiating proof of illness will be required), or
(d) Is granted sick leave prior to her confirmed vacation period and such illness continues into her approved vacation (a medical certificate substantiating proof of illness will be required), or
(e) Is granted other approved leave of absence, the period of vacation so displaced shall either be added to the vacation period if requested by the Employee and approved by the Employer or deferred for use at a later date.
Displacement of Vacation. Where, in respect of any period of vacation leave, an employee is granted:
a) Bereavement leave; or
b) Sick leave which results in hospitalization; or
c) An other approved leave of absence; or
d) Xxxx leave for an illness which could confine the employee for a duration of more than three (3) scheduled days, a medical certificate substantiating proof of illness will be required; or
x) Xxxx leave immediately prior to commencing his/her scheduled vacation and such illness continues into the period of scheduled vacation. The period of vacation so displaced by any of the aforementioned shall either be added to the vacation period requested by the employee and approved by the Employer or reinstated for use at a later date.
Displacement of Vacation. Where, in respect of any period of vacation leave, an employee is:
a) Granted bereavement leave; or
b) Hospitalized for two (2) or more days in succession and verified by a medical doctor; or
c) Confined due to illness for a duration of more than three (3) days, as verified by a medical doctor; or
d) On sick leave immediately prior to commencing his/her scheduled vacation and such illness continues into the period of scheduled vacation, as verified by a medical doctor. The period of vacation so displaced by any of the aforementioned shall either be added to the vacation period requested by the employee and approved by the Employer or reinstated for use at a later date.
Displacement of Vacation. Where, in respect of any period of vacation leave, an Employee is:
(a) granted bereavement leave, or;
(b) granted sick leave as a result of hospitalization during the scheduled vacation, or;

Displacement of Vacation. Leave; Where, in respect of any period of vacation leave, an employee is:
(a) granted bereavement leave, or
(b) granted special leave with pay because of illness in the immediate family, or
(c) granted leave under 27.03 of this Agreement, or
(d) granted sick leave on production of a medical certificate, or
(e) granted leave for the birth or adoption of a child; the period of vacation leave so displaced shall either be added to the vacation period if requested by the employee and approved by the Corporation or reinstated for use at a later date.
Displacement of Vacation. Where an employee’s annual vacation has been disrupted for any of the following occurrences:
(1) Bereavement Leave; or
(2) Sick Leave which requires hospitalization; or
(3) Sick Leave for an illness which could confine the employee for a duration of at least three (3) consecutive days; or
(4) Sick Leave immediately prior to commencing his/her scheduled vacation and such illness continues into the period of scheduled vacation. The period of vacation so displaced by any of the aforementioned shall either be added to the vacation period requested by the employee and approved by the Employer or reinstated for use at a later date. Where the Employee requests the displaced vacation to be charged against Sick Leave credits to the extent available, the employee shall be required to provide medical verification of the illness. Such request for medical verification shall be made during the period of the illness.
Displacement of Vacation. During any period of vacation leave, an employee shall have their vacation credits reinstated for use at a later date when the employee is:
(a) granted bereavement leave
(b) granted sick leave as a result of hospitalization during the scheduled vacation leave
(c) granted sick leave, verified by a medical doctor immediately prior to the start vacation leave and continues into the period of scheduled vacation In the amount equivalent to the vacation days lost due to bereavement or sick leave.
Displacement of Vacation. Where, in respect to any period of vacation leave, a member:
a. Is granted bereavement leave, or
b. Is granted salary continuance as a result of hospitalization, or
c. Becomes ill and is granted salary continuance prior to their confirmed vacation period and such illness continues into the approved vacation (a medical certificate substantiating proof of illness will be required), the period of vacation so displaced shall either be added to the vacation bank if requested by the member or deferred for use at a later date.
