Common use of Duty to Comply Clause in Contracts

Duty to Comply. 18.1.1 The Association and the District recognize the duty and obligation of their representatives to comply with the provisions of this Agreement, and to make every effort toward inducing all to do so. 18.1.2 It is agreed and understood that there will be no lockout, strike, work stoppage, slow- down or refusal or failure to fully and faithfully perform job functions and responsibilities, or other interference with the operations of the District during the term of this Agreement, including compliance with the request of other labor organizations to engage in such activity.
