Common use of E - SENIORITY Clause in Contracts

E - SENIORITY. E-1 Seniority accrual determination shall be as of the last pay period ending date prior to March 31st and September 30th in each year. E-2 (a) Seniority lists referred to in Article 10.02 shall be posted within four (4) weeks of the dates listed in E-1. Seniority lists will be posted on the Hospital intranet system and or the Association bulletin board Nurses shall have thirty (30) days to dispute the initial seniority list. A final list will be posted no later than four (4) weeks after the thirty (30) day deadline.
