EARLY RETIREMENT INCENTIVE PLAN. 16:18.1 The Board will pay an allowance to regular or school-term employees who resign from the School District before reaching age 65, subject to the following conditions: The employee must: - have been actively at work on a regular and continuing basis for the previous twelve (12) month period, - be age 55 or over, - have completed ten (10) years of service in this District, - Provide two (2) calendar months’ written working notice to their Manager. With the Employer’s agreement, the requirement for two (2) calendar months’ working notice may be reduced or waived, - retire from employment in this District prior to his/her 65th birthday.
