Common use of Earned Compensatory Time Clause in Contracts

Earned Compensatory Time. Hours that are not required to be paid in cash by the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act or other provisions in this Agreement shall be compensated in the form of compensatory time off (hereafter “Earned Compensatory Time”). Earned Compensatory Time shall be placed in the employee’s Earned Compensatory Time Bank.
