Easter Saturday. Easter Monday;
Easter Saturday. In respect of Easter Saturday, an Employee who ordinarily works Monday to Friday only and who does not work on Easter Saturday, shall be entitled to one day's pay in respect of Easter Saturday or where there is mutual consent, within four weeks following the date on which such public holiday occurred the Employee may take one day off in lieu or have one day added to their annual leave.
Easter Saturday. (a) Full-time and part-time employee's whose ordinary hours of work are regularly worked between Monday to Friday inclusive shall not be entitled to extra payments or benefits provided in clause 10.6.4.
(b) Should Easter Saturday occur during a full-time or part-time employee's period of annual leave and the employee has been regularly rostered to work over a 14 day period, including ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ employee shall have another day, on full pay, added to the employee's annual leave period.
(c) Should Easter Saturday occur on a full-time or part-time employee's rostered day off duty, and the employee has been regularly rostered to work over a 14 day roster period, including ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ employee shall be paid an additional day's pay, or shall be granted a day's leave, on full pay, at a time mutually arranged between the Employer and employee.
(d) However, all full-time and part-time employees who are regularly rostered to work over a 14 day roster period, including Saturdays, shall be paid at the rate of double time and a- half, with a minimum payment for 4 hours work, except in the case of night duty where the work continues after midnight on Easter Saturday.
Easter Saturday the first Saturday after Easter
Easter Saturday. Easter Saturday is a holiday. If it is not possible for the entire staff to take the day off, holiday entitlements must be distributed as fairly as possible among the staff from year to year. Daytime employees who for operational reasons must work on Easter Saturday, must be given an alternative day off.
