Common use of Easter Saturday Clause in Contracts

Easter Saturday. In respect of Easter Saturday, an Employee who ordinarily works Monday to Friday only and who does not work on Easter Saturday, shall be entitled to one (1) day's pay in respect of Easter Saturday or where there is mutual consent, within four (4) weeks following the date on which such public holiday occurred the Employee may take one (1) day off in lieu or have one (1) day added to their annual leave.
