Common use of Easter Saturday Clause in Contracts

Easter Saturday. A practitioner who ordinarily works Monday to Friday and who does not work on Easter Saturday (Easter Eve) is entitled to one days pay, or by mutual consent may take one day off in lieu within four weeks following that day or have one day added to annual leave.
