Common use of EBC NEO Schedule Clause in Contracts

EBC NEO Schedule. The County shall provide the ACWFIA-designated representative with a list of the EBC’s scheduled NEO dates for the upcoming calendar year, no later than the last full pay period in December of each year. If there are any changes to the scheduled dates, the EBC will notify the ACWFIA- designated representative as soon as possible.
