Economic Qualification. The Contracting Authority requires that the minimum annual turnover of the Supplier for the last 3 accounting periods prior to commencement of the tendering procedure amounted to at least 5 mil. EUR in each such accounting period. If the Supplier came into existence at a later date, it shall submit information concerning its turnover (and compliance with the required limit) for all accounting period from the date or its formation. Suppliers shall demonstrate the turnover by Profit and Loss Statement or similar document, according to the laws of the country where the Supplier is headquartered. Should the Supplier demonstrate its economic qualification through a third person, the Contracting Authority requires that the Supplier and such other person, demonstrating economic qualification on behalf of the Supplier, be jointly and severally liable for the performance to be provided in the Public Contract. This fact shall be demonstrated by the Supplier in a manner defined in Art. 5.8. of the Documentation.
