Economic Re-openers Sample Clauses

Economic Re-openers. CSI and the Union agree to reopen Article 14.1, Hourly Rate of Pay and Article 15, Health and Dental Plans to meet and confer regarding rates for the program years of 2017-2018, and 2018-2019. CSI will notify the Union upon receipt of confirmation of the Federal Government approval for funding for the 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 program years and agrees to initiate negotiations within thirty (30) days of the notice. The parties further agree to meet prior to the economic reopener to research and discuss alternatives to the existing Medical Plans. The purpose of these discussions is to explore medical premiums, co-pays, health savings accounts and other cost saving measures to improve health plan options.

Each Unit of Add- Ons must match the Support Level (Standard and/or Premium), Unit of Measure and capacity as the underlying Red Hat Enterprise Linux Unit. Add-Ons are not supported on Red Hat Enterprise Linux Subscriptions with a Self-support service level except Smart Management Add-Ons. The Add-Ons include: High Availability, Load Balancer, Resilient Storage, Scalable File System, Smart Management, Extended Update Support, Extended Life Cycle Support and High Performance Network.

  • ACADEMY OPENING DATE 11) The Academy shall open as a school on 1 April 2011 replacing Xxxxxxx School which shall cease to be maintained by the Local Authority on that date, which date shall be the conversion date within the meaning of the Academies Xxx 0000.

If either party wishes to amend or vary this Agreement, it shall give to the other party notice in writing of any amendment proposed and the parties shall meet and discuss such proposal not later than one calendar month after receipt of such notice.

  • Transfers and Seniority Outside Bargaining Unit No employee shall be transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit without the employee's consent. If an employee is transferred to a position outside of the bargaining unit, the employee shall retain seniority acquired at the date of leaving the unit, but will not accumulate any further seniority. If such an employee later returns to the bargaining unit, the employee shall be placed in a job consistent with the employee's seniority. Such return shall not result in the layoff or bumping of an employee holding greater seniority.
