Education of Students with Disabilities. A. The School recognizes and agrees that it is solely and exclusively responsible for providing services and accommodations to students who have a disability within the meaning of Section 504 and the ADA, but are not eligible for special education and related services under the IDEA, and that nothing in this Contract shall be construed to require the District to provide services or accommodations to such students.
