Common use of Education Support Employees Clause in Contracts

Education Support Employees. (a) An Education Support Employee may be required to participate in an Annual Review Meeting with the Principal, or Principal’s nominee. Such a meeting will focus on affirming achievement and suggesting avenues of professional development. (b) Where a meeting is required an Employee shall be advised of the issues to be discussed within a reasonable time prior to the meeting. (c) The Annual Review Meeting may not be used as a substitute for Managing Employment Concerns (clause 13).
