Education Support Employees. (a) A full-time Education Support Employee is one whose ordinary hours of work are 38 in any one week. (b) An Education Support Employee may, at the discretion of the Principal, be directed, among other things, to attend staff meetings, interviews and parent–Teacher nights, provided that, if the weekly hours for which one is employed are exceeded, then clause 71.5 of this Agreement shall apply. (c) Hours of work shall be between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm of a weekday except by mutual agreement.
