Common use of EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM Clause in Contracts

EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. ‌ The County will fund an Educational Assistance Program that shall provide for reimbursement of seventy percent (70%) of tuition, lab fees and mandatory activity fees paid by an employee, for a total reimbursement of up to three thousand ($3,000) dollars in fiscal year 2020 and thereafter, subject to the existing requirements of the program.
