Educational Goal and Related Measures. The Academy shall achieve or demonstrate measurable progress toward the achievement of the educational goal and related measures identified in Schedule 7b and the results of the academic assessments identified in Schedule 7e. Upon request, the Academy shall provide the District with a written report, along with supporting data, assessing the Academy’s progress toward achieving this goal.

Educational Goal and Related Measures. EDUCATIONAL GOAL AND RELATED MEASURES Pursuant to Applicable Law and the Terms and Conditions of this Contract, including Article VI, Section 6.2, the Academy shall achieve or demonstrate measurable progress toward the achievement of the educational goal identified in this schedule. Upon request, the Academy shall provide The Center for Charter Schools (“The Center”) with a written report, along with supporting data, assessing the Academy’s progress toward achieving this goal. In addition, the University expects the Academy will meet the State of Michigan’s accreditation standards and achieve Adequate Yearly Progress (“AYP”) pursuant to state and federal law. Educational Goal to Be Achieved Prepare students academically for success in college, work and life. Measures for Determining Goal Achievement To determine if the Academy is achieving or demonstrating measurable progress toward the achievement of this goal, The Center will annually assess the Academy’s performance using the following measures.

  • Implementation of Strategic Plan Goals This Agreement supports the County’s Strategic Plan, Goal 1, Operational Effectiveness/Fiscal Sustainability. This Agreement will provide revenue reimbursement to the Department for services rendered.

  • Performance indicators and targets The purpose of the innovation performance indicators and targets is to assist the University and the Commonwealth in monitoring the University's progress against the Commonwealth's objectives and the University's strategies for innovation. The University will report principal performance information and aim to meet the innovation performance indicators and targets set out in the following tables.

  • Attainment on Performance Indicators The District will be responsible for overseeing the academic programs offered in its schools and ensuring that those programs meet or exceed state and local expectations for levels of attainment on the statewide performance indicators, as specified in 1 CCR 301-1.

  • Goals Goals define availability, performance and other objectives of Service provisioning and delivery. Goals do not include remedies and failure to meet any Service Goal does not entitle Customer to a Service credit.

  • Employment of Relatives The School and its employees shall comply with state law prohibiting the employment of relatives which prohibits the appointment, employment, promotion, or advancement, or the advocacy for appointment, employment, promotion, or advancement in or to a position in the charter school in which the personnel are serving or over which the personnel exercises jurisdiction or control of an individual who is a relative.

  • Education of Students with Disabilities 3.5.1. The DOE is the State of Hawaii's “state education agency” (SEA) and “local education agency” (LEA) for purposes of compliance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). All public schools, including charter schools, are part of and fall under the LEA. As such, the School shall comply with all applicable federal and State laws, rules, policies, procedures, and directives regarding the education of students with disabilities, including but not limited to Ch. 8-60, Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR).

  • Modification to Performance Frameworks The Parties acknowledge that specific terms, forms, and requirements of the Performance Frameworks may be modified to the extent required to align with changes to applicable State or federal accountability requirements as set forth in law or policies or based on other circumstances that make assessment based on the existing Performance Framework requirements impracticable. In the event that such modifications are needed, the Commission will make its best effort to apply expectations for school performance in a manner as reasonably consistent with those set forth in the Performance Frameworks and the School's Educational Program as set forth in Exhibit A to this Contract.

  • Performance Measures The System Agency will monitor the Grantee’s performance of the requirements in Attachment A and compliance with the Contract’s terms and conditions.
