Common use of Educational Goals and Programs Clause in Contracts

Educational Goals and Programs. The Academy shall pursue the educational goals and programs identified and contained in the Schedules. The educational goals shall include demonstrated improved pupil academic achievement for all groups of pupils. Such goals and programs may be amended pursuant to Section 9.2 of Article IX of the Terms and Conditions. Upon request, the Academy shall provide the University Charter Schools Office with a written report, along with supporting data, assessing the Academy’s progress toward achieving its goal(s).
