Effect of Lack of Work. (a) When lack of work necessitates decreasing the Works’ force, the employees to be LAID OFF shall be selected in the inverse order of TERM OF EMPLOYMENT from the PRODUCTION SPECIALIST (Level II) PRODUCTION OCCUPATION and SENIOR PRODUCTION SPECIALIST (Level III) OCCUPATION combined as one universe.
