EFFECTIVE DATE AND ENFORCEABILITY. This Amendment shall not be effective or enforceable until it is approved and signed by the Colorado State Controller or designee (hereinafter called the “Effective Date”). EFFECTIVE DATE AND ENFORCEABILITY. 2.1 This agreement is effective on the Customer’s signing of a Service Order with the Service Provider (the “Effective Date”). The Customer acknowledges that the person accepting or signing a Service Order is the authorized agent of the Customer identified in that Service Order, and by that signing legally binds the Customer and the Customer’s employees and agents to this agreement.
2.2 All Service Orders are specifically incorporated in and made a part of this agreement. If there is a conflict between a specific term of this agreement, any applicable exhibit, and the Service Orders, the applicable Service Order prevails, followed by the exhibit, then this agreement. The signing or approval of a Service Order is also a statement that the Customer have reviewed and approved this agreement. Accordingly, the Customer is estopped from denying the terms in this agreement once the Customer signs or approves a Service Order.
EFFECTIVE DATE AND ENFORCEABILITY. This Agreement is effective upon your execution of a Service Order with Decamind (“Effective Date”). You agree that the person accepting or signing a Service Order is the authorized agent of the Client identified in such Service Order, and by such execution legally binds your company/business and your employees and agents to the Agreement.
