EFFECTIVE DATE - CHANGES - TERM OF AGREEMENT. Section 1.01 This Xxxxxxxx Stock Person Agreement shall take effect July 1, 2021, 2024, and shall remain in effect through June 30, 2024, 2027, unless otherwise specifically provided herein. It shall continue in effect from year to year thereafter, from July 1 through June 30 of each year, unless changed or terminated in the way later provided herein.
