EFFECTIVE DATE OF A PENALTY REDUCTION AGREEMENT. A request for a PRA is an acknowledgement by the client that there has been non- compliance and that a customs information system problem exists, therefore, a PRA should not be requested if the penalties in question are the subject of a Correction Request under Section 127.1 or Request for Ministerial Re view under Section 129 of the Customs Act. A reduction of penalties cannot be applied until the timelines for correction (30 days) and redress (90 days) have lapsed. A proposal can be submitted and agreed to prior to that time, however, the agreement cannot be finalized until the end of the 90 days, due to the limitation imposed by Subsection 3.3(1.1)

  • Effective Date of Agreement The provisions of the agreement will come into full force and effect on the date of ratification, unless specified otherwise.

  • EFFECTIVE DATE OF SETTLEMENT 38. The Effective Date of this Settlement shall be the first business day on which all of the following shall have occurred or been waived:

  • Effective Date of Benefit Termination Medical, dental and life coverage termination will take effect on the first of the month following the loss of eligible employee or dependent status. Disability benefit coverage terminations will take effect on the day following loss of eligible employee status.

  • Application of this Revenue Sharing Agreement to Notes The terms of this Revenue Sharing Agreement shall apply to each Note as if the terms of this Revenue Sharing Agreement were fully set forth in each Note.
