EI Compassionate Care Leave. 7.1.7 Employees will retain their seniority but will not continue to accumulate seniority during: • Leave for Personal Reasons greater than 15 consecutive calendar days in a calendar month, except as provided in Clause 7.1.6; • all other unpaid leaves not covered in Clause 7.1.6.
