El from Multiple Workplaces i) an employee qualifies for El; and
ii) an employee's El payment reflects his/her employment at two or more places of employment; and an employee goes on sick leave, pregnancy or parental leave (and is entitled to receive a top-up under the terms of this collective agreement ), it is the responsibility of the Employer to provide a calculation of the top- up entitlement between the El percentage of regular earnings (i.e. the average earnings from the Employer's ▇▇▇) and the top- up level in the agreem ent applied to the same earnings.
