Common use of Elected Benefits Clause in Contracts

Elected Benefits. ‌ Arrangements regarding employees’ payment of dependent medical/dental insurance premiums and/or other voluntary deductions, if continuity is desired, must be made with Human Resources prior to starting unpaid leave of absence.
