  • Ratification Bonus Effective the first full pay period of July 2018, or in the first full pay period following adoption of this Agreement, whichever is later, Regular Hire full-time employees whose combined annual compensation, inclusive of base wages and any form of cash back and exclusive of overtime, is less than $90,000, shall receive a one-time, non-pensionable payment of $1,000. This amount will be prorated for Regular Hire part-time employees based on the part-time employee’s FTE. Effective the first full pay period of July 2018, or in the first full pay period following adoption of this Agreement, whichever is later, Regular Hire full-time employees whose combined annual compensation, inclusive of base wages and any form of cash back and exclusive of overtime, is equal to or greater than $90,000, shall receive a one-time, non-pensionable payment of $500. This amount will be prorated for Regular Hire part-time employees based on the part-time employee’s FTE.   • Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility and Voluntary Exclusion - Lower Tier Covered Transactions (a) The prospective lower tier participant certifies, by submission of this proposal, that neither it nor its principals is presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in this transaction by any federal department or agency.

  • Submission of Salary Increases Recommendations for salary increases must be made to be effective on the first day of the month and must be submitted prior to the proposed effective date. However, retroactive six (6) month and annual salary increases to correct errors or oversights and retroactive payments resulting from grievance settlements shall be authorized. The proposed effective date for retroactive six (6) month and annual salary increases must be the first day of the month no more than twelve (12) months prior to the time of submitting the correcting recommendation.

  • Continuing Eligibility To continue health benefits, a permanent intermittent employee must be credited with a minimum of 480 paid hours in a control period or 960 paid hours in two consecutive control periods.
