Vehicle Condition and Return. (a) You acknowledge the Vehicle was delivered to You by Hippie Camper in good operating condition and with the seal of the odometer unbroken. You agree to return the Vehicle without alteration or addition to the Vehicle and in the same condition (except for ordinary wear and tear) together with all tools, tyres, accessories and equipment to the Return Location on the Return Date specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A or sooner if demanded by Hippie Camper. (b) You acknowledge that the Vehicle is the sole property of Hippie Camper and that at the time of receipt of the Vehicle by You it was in good running condition and fit for the purpose for which You required it and You ascertained this on your own inspection of the Vehicle and not as a result of any representation made by Hippie Camper, its employees or agents. (c) You acknowledge that the only existing damage to the Vehicle at the commencement of this Agreement is that detailed on the Vehicle Condition Report. It is essential that all existing damage is noted by You on the Vehicle Condition Report. Any damage which has not been noted on the Vehicle Condition Report will constitute damage which has occurred subsequent to the commencement of this Agreement for which You shall be charged. (d) Hippie Camper in its absolute discretion may take possession of the Vehicle without prior demand to You, and at your expense, if there has been a breach of any term of this Agreement or if the Vehicle is illegally parked, used in violation of any law or is apparently abandoned. In such circumstances Hippie Camper, its employees or agents may enter on any property where the Vehicle is situated and You will indemnify Hippie Camper, its employees and agents from claims by any person resulting from such entry and retaking of the Vehicle. (e) If the seal of the odometer is broken or otherwise tampered with, You will be responsible for not only an extra charge based on 500 kilometres per day at 50c per kilometre, but also for any costs of repairing or replacing the odometer. (f) If You fail to return the Vehicle to the Return Location or return the Vehicle to a different location to the Return Location, You will be charged for all costs associated with transporting or towing the Vehicle to the Return Location plus a minimum relocation charge of $500 unless otherwise agreed by Hippie Camper in writing. Additionally, the person/s responsible will be reported to the police. (f) If You fail to return the Vehicle to the location specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A ("Due-In Location"). You will be responsible for all costs associated with transporting or towing the Vehicle to the "Due-In Location" unless otherwise agreed by Star RV in writing. (g) If the Vehicle is returned after closing hours, you remain responsible for the loss of it and all damage to it until we inspect it upon our next opening for business and Charges will continue to accure. (h) To extend the rental period, You must have received our approval before the dates specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A (the "Due-In Date"). Rental extension is subject to availability. The extra cost of an extended rental must be paid by credit card over the telephone or at a Star RV Branch immediately on confirmation of the rental extension. The additional nights will be at the Gross Rental Rate available at the time of the extension. Failure to obtain authoization will result in You being charged double the nightly gross rental rate.
Vehicle Condition and Return. 3.1 Apollo will supply the Vehicle in a safe and road worthy condition, displaying a valid and current Certificate of Fitness. 3.2 You acknowledge that: (a) the Vehicle was delivered to You by Apollo in a safe and road worthy condition with a valid and current Certificate of Fitness and You agree to return the Vehicle without alteration or addition and in the same condition, except for ordinary wear and tear (not including windscreen or tyre damage) together with all tools, tyres, accessories and equipment to the Return Location on the Return Date specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A; (b) the Vehicle is the sole property of Apollo; (c) You inspected the Vehicle at the Commencement of the Rental and ascertained that it was in good operating condition and fit for the purpose for which You required it; and (d) the only existing damage to the Vehicle at the commencement of this Agreement is that detailed on the Vehicle Condition Report. It is essential that all existing damage is noted by You on the Vehicle Condition Report. Any damage which has not been noted on the Vehicle Condition Report will constitute Loss or Damage which has occurred subsequent to the commencement of this Agreement for which You shall be charged. 3.3 Apollo will take possession of the Vehicle without prior demand to You, and at Your expense, if there has been a Substantial Breach of this Agreement. In such circumstances, You irrevocably authorise Apollo, its employees and agents to enter any property where the Version 1 as at 28 June 2017 equal to that at the time of the rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel the difference will be charged in accordance with clause 29 of this Agreement. 3.9 You must only use the fuel type specified by the manufacturer of the Vehicle. 3.10 Use of bio-diesel, ethanol or any organic hybrid fuel is strictly considered the wrong fuel type and constitutes a Substantial Breach of this Agreement. Any Loss or Damage to the Vehicle or any costs associated with the use of the wrong fuel, including contaminated fuel (other than where it is at the fault of a third party and that third parties details have been provided), are at Your sole expense. 3.11 Apollo must be notified and it must agree to any extension of the rental period beyond that specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A prior to the return date for the Vehicle otherwise the Vehicle will be immediately reported to the police as stolen.

You agree to return the Vehicle in the same condition (except for ordinary wear and tear, as deemed by the Company, NOT INCLUDING WINDSCREEN DAMAGE) together with all tools, tyres, accessories and equipment to the location specified on Page 1 and on the date specified on Page 1 (or sooner, if demanded by the Company). If the seal of the odometer of the Vehicle is broken, the Hirer (persons responsible) will be reported to the appropriate authority and will be responsible for extra charges based 500 kilometres per day at $0.55 per kilometre and any repair or replacement costs. 1.2 The Company must be notified and agree to any extension of the rental period and damage cover in writing beyond the rental period stated on Page 1 of this Agreement in advance of the paid return date and time, or necessary action will be taken to recover the Vehicle, including that the Vehicle will be immediately reported as stolen.

If the seal of the odometer is broken, or otherwise tampered with, the hirer will be responsible for not only an extra charge based on 500 kms per day at AU$1 per kilometre, but also for any cost of repairing or replacing the odometer. NOTE: If there is to be any extension of the period of hire beyond that stated in the Rental Agreement, the Company must be notified, and it must agree to such extension in writing, otherwise the Vehicle will be immediately reported to the police as stolen.

Vehicle Condition and Return. 11.1 The Renter must return the Vehicle to the Owner at the Designated Return Location on or before the time and date agreed between the Owner and the Renter. 11.2 The Renter remains responsible for the Vehicle until it is returned to the Owner in accordance with clause 11.1 and these Terms and Conditions continue to apply, regardless of whether it is returned during, at the end of, or after the expiry of the relevant Rental Period. 11.3 Subject to clause 9, if the Renter returns the Vehicle to the Owner before the end of the Rental Period the Renter must pay DriveMyCar the amounts in clause 8.1 for the duration of the Rental Period unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Owner and DriveMyCar. 11.4 At the time of hand over at the Designated Return Location: (a) the Owner and the Renter must inspect the interior and exterior of the Vehicle and the Owner must check that: (i) the Vehicle (with its keys or keyless start device and all parts and accessories, including manuals, audio equipment, GPS unit, tools and wheel locking nuts) is returned to the Owner in the same condition as it was at the beginning of the Rental Period, save for any reasonable wear and tear; (ii) the Vehicle has been cleaned prior to hand over to the Owner; and (iii) the Vehicle is returned with at least the same amount of fuel as was present at the commencement of the Rental Period; (b) the Owner and the Renter must sign the Handover Inspection Report; and (c) the Owner must: (i) take photographs of the Vehicle that are taken as close as practicable to those areas photographed at the handover to the Renter at the Commencement of the Rental Period and in the manner required by clause 6.4(b); and (ii) complete and sign the Handover Inspection Report and forward the completed Vehicle Inspection Report and photographs to DriveMyCar within 48 hours of the return of the Vehicle. 11.5 If at the time of handover by the Renter the Owner fails to sign the Handover Inspection Report or take, or have taken, the photographs required by clauses 6.4(b) or 11.4(c)(i), the Owner forfeits the right to claim for any Damage allegedly caused by the Renter during the Rental Period. 11.6 If at the time of handover to the Owner the Renter fails to sign the Handover Inspection Report the Renter forfeits the right to dispute any claim for Damage allegedly caused during the Rental Period. 11.7 If there is a disagreement over fuel levels at the handover of the Vehicle, the Owner and Renter must use their best en...

The company must be notified and agree to any extension period of hire beyond that stated on the Rental Agreement in advance of the return date and time or the Vehicle will be immediately reported stolen. In the event the Vehicle is returned to an office of the company, which is unattended at the time, the expiry date of the agreement shall not be prior to the date on which the office next opens for business.
