Common use of Election of Association Representatives Clause in Contracts

Election of Association Representatives. The Board recognizes the appointment or election by the Teachers of one or more Association Representative(s) at each school or worksite. The Unit shall forward such a list of Association Representatives to the Board by September 15 of each year. The Board agrees to provide bulletin board space at each school or worksite for the exclusive use of the Association to post notices and other relevant information.
