Duration of MOU This MOU, unless extended by mutual written consent of the institutes, shall expire in FIVE years after the effective date specified in the opening paragraph. However, on review, the MOU shall be extended for another two years by mutual consent.
Termination of MOU This MOU may be terminated at any time by either party by sending written notice of termination of the MOU to the other party. This MOU shall be reviewed at least every three (3) years by the Parties.

Separation of Components The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.

Removal of Materials If you decide you would like to remove your Materials from the Service, you may provide written notice to Prime Publishing by either deleting the image through the Prime Publishing interface or by contacting Prime Publishing customer service, and Prime Publishing will remove such Materials from the Service within a reasonable period of time. 5) License for Name, Trademarks and Likenesses. Return of Materials Upon termination or expiration of the Agreement, or upon written request of the Company, the Recipient shall promptly return to the Company all documents and other tangible materials representing the Company’s Confidential Information and all copies thereof. The Company shall notify immediately the Recipient upon discovery of any loss or unauthorized disclosure of the Confidential Information.
