Elections — Voting Time. The Employer agrees to respect and observe the present law as it pertains to giving Employees time off to vote for primary, general, special county-wide and consolidated elections.

Elections — Voting Time. 18.1 Employees who are registered voters in Southern Nevada and who are scheduled to work on a voting day shall be allowed a reasonable amount of time off without pay for the purpose of voting in national, state and local elections. Employees will also be allowed reasonable time off, without pay, for Union elections.
