Common use of Electrical Inspection Clause in Contracts

Electrical Inspection. Upon completing construction, the Customer-Generator will have the Customer-Generator Facility inspected or otherwise certified by the local electrical wiring inspection authority having jurisdiction, that the facility meets the requirements of the National Electric Code.
