Electronic Fund Transfers. Your Account allows you to withdraw funds up to the Available Balance or make deposits through Electronic Fund Transfers (“EFTs”). EFTs are transactions that are processed by electronic means and include, among others, ACH transfers, debit or ATM card transactions and direct deposits. This Section provides you with information and important disclosures and terms about the EFTs that are permitted on your Account. You may also receive additional services through Online Banking Services provided by the Program Partner, that allow you to initiate EFTs to and from your Account that are not described in this Agreement. You will be provided separate agreements and disclosures applicable to those services by the Program Partner. 4.1 Types of EFTs Supported by Your Account Your Account allows the following types of EFTs: ▪ Direct deposits from your employer or other source of income ▪ Transfers to or from your Account to or from a linked bank account (see Section 3.6) ▪ Transfers to or from your Account to a merchant or other third party by providing the third party with your Account routing number and account number ▪ Purchases or other transactions using your debit card ▪ ATM withdrawals using your debit card or ATM card 4.2 Limitations on EFTs
