Common use of Electronic Interface Clause in Contracts

Electronic Interface. The Parties shall work cooperatively in the implementation of electronic gateway access to GTE operational support systems functions in the long-term in accordance with established industry standards. RECONEX should refer to the GTE Guide for the current OSS capabilities. 9.1 RECONEX may migrate to fully interactive system to system interconnectivity. GTE, with input from RECONEX and other carriers, shall provide general interface specifications for electronic access to this functionality. These specifications will be provided to enable RECONEX to design system interface capabilities. Development will be in accordance with applicable national standards committee guidelines.
