Electronic Interface. Z-Tel shall use, where available, the appropriate Verizon electronic interface, through which Z-Tel shall input and provide a daily update of 911/E-911 database information related to appropriate Z-Tel Customers. In those areas where an electronic interface is not available, Z-Tel shall provide Verizon with all appropriate 911/E-911 information such as name, address, and telephone number via facsimile for Verizon’s entry into the 911/E- 911 database system. Any 911/E-911-related data exchanged between the Parties prior to the availability of an electronic interface shall conform to Verizon standards, whereas 911/E-911-related data exchanged electronically shall conform to the National Emergency Number Association standards (“NENA”).
