Electronic Waste Recycling. The Contractor certifies that it complies with the requirements of the Electronic Waste Recycling Act of 2003, Chapter 8.5, Part 3 of Division 30, commencing with Section 42460 of the Public Resources Code, relating to hazardous and solid waste. Contractor shall maintain documentation and provide reasonable access to its records and documents that evidence compliance.

Electronic Waste Recycling. The Provider certifies that it complies with the requirements of the Electronic Waste Recycling Act of 2003, Chapter 8.5, Part 3 of division 30, commencing with Section 42460 of the Public Resources Code, relating to hazardous and solid waste. Provider shall maintain documentation and provide reasonable access to its records and documents that evidence compliance. CCHCS electronic data stored upon any Provider device must be returned to the CCHCS immediately and the Contractor must certify that CCHCS data is either removed from the Providers devices by degaussing or shredding per National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication Series 800-88 and National Industrial Security Program (NISP) Operating Manual (DOD 5220.22-M) and Clearing and Sanitization Matrix (C&SM) based on NSA/CSS Policy Manual 9-12, “Storage Device Declassification Manual”.

Contractor shall maintain documentation and provide reasonable access to its records and documents that substantiate compliance. CDCR/CCHCS’ electronic data stored upon any Contractor or provider device must be returned to CDCR/CCHCS immediately and Contractor must certify that CDCR/CCHCS’ data is removed from Contractor’s and provider’s devices by either degaussing or shredding per National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication Series 800-88 Revision 1 and National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (DoD 5220.22- M) and Clearing and Sanitization Matrix based on The National Security Agency Central Security Service NSA/CSS Policy Manual 9-12, “Storage Device Sanitization Manual.”

Electronic Waste Recycling. If the Contractor or any subcontractors participate in activities that result in the disposition of electronic components, they will comply with the provisions of PRC Chapter 8.5.

  • Electronic Monitoring All observations shall be conducted openly. Mechanical or electronic devices shall not be used to listen to or record the procedures of any class without the prior knowledge and consent of the teacher.

  • Electronic Services To the extent that electronic services are available, Licensee may electronically access, at no charge, Support services which will be available twenty four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days per week. Such electronic services may include, but are not limited to: incident submission, case management and Product Releases.

  • ELECTRONIC SUBMITTALS Contractor shall obtain a license for the State to utilize Submittal Exchange for the purposes of this project. The State and its representatives will have full control of the use of Submittal Exchange by authorized users of the State.

  • ELECTRONIC CONTRACTING The parties agree that if this Contract is transmitted electronically neither party shall contest the validity of this Contract, or any acknowledgement thereof, on the basis that this Contract or acknowledgement contains an electronic signature.

  • Electronic Signatures and Electronic Records The Parties consent to the use of electronic signatures. The Agreement, and any other documents requiring a signature hereunder, may be signed electronically by the Parties in the manner specified by any applicable City regulation, rule, and/or ordinance. The Parties agree not to deny the legal effect or enforceability of the Agreement solely because it is in electronic form or because an electronic record was used in its formation. The Parties agree not to object to the admissibility of the Agreement in the form of an electronic record, or a paper copy of an electronic document, or a paper copy of a document bearing an electronic signature, on the ground that it is an electronic record or electronic signature or that it is not in its original form or is not an original.
