Elementary Specialist Class Overload. In situations where elementary specialists’ class loads are such that the specialist routinely plans for instruction and assesses students not under their direct supervision, a $1,500.00 stipend will be provided. These funds are in addition to class load relief funds described above. For specialists with more than ten (10) additional students scheduled on an ongoing basis in addition to a rostered class, a $500.00 stipend shall be paid to the specialist per impacted class.
