Elements of Reciprocity. A. The following types of vehicles shall be granted full reciprocity: 1. Passenger vehicles and non-commercial vehicles properly licensed in the jurisdiction of which the owners are legal and bona fide residents for registration purposes. A person dwelling permanently or continuously for a period exceeding 60 days within a jurisdiction is a resident thereof, except that a person who regularly dwells in two or more jurisdictions shall declare residence to be in any one of the jurisdictions. (a) Residents of reciprocity jurisdictions who are in a non-residence jurisdiction because of their employment and who return to their residence jurisdiction at least weekly may operate their passenger and noncommercial vehicles with their residence jurisdiction license plates. (b) Students who are residents of reciprocating jurisdictions and who are currently enrolled in a school in another jurisdiction may operate their passenger and non-commercial vehicles with their residence jurisdiction license plates while in nonresident student status. 2. Vehicles owned or operated by schools, religious, or tax exempt charitable organizations, and properly licensed in a reciprocating jurisdiction. 3. Vehicles owned by government agencies and operated in an official capacity. 4. Vehicles owned by dealers and manufacturers properly licensed in their residence jurisdiction, provided that such vehicles are in stock, available for sale, testing or demonstration, and that all vehicles capable of carrying a load are unladen. 5. Passenger and non-commercial vehicles owned by military personnel on active duty or their spouses, properly licensed in their residence jurisdiction or last duty station. B. The following types of vehicles shall be granted temporary full reciprocity-. 1. Vehicles with hunter permits as provided in the International Registration Plan for facilitating the movement of the vehicle from one lessee to another for the period of time such permits are valid. 2. Charter buses transporting chartered parties properly licensed in a reciprocating jurisdiction for a period not to exceed 30 days. 3. Passenger and non-commercial vehicles with temporary license tags for the period of time such tags are valid. C. The following types of vehicles shall be granted reciprocity for interstate operations when properly registered in the jurisdiction where the vehicle is based: 1.   • Recognition and Rights of Stewards The Employer recognizes the Union's right to select stewards to represent employees. The Employer and the Union will agree on the number of stewards, taking into account both operational and geographic considerations. The Union agrees to provide the Employer with a list of the employees designated as stewards. A xxxxxxx shall make every effort to perform the duties of a xxxxxxx outside of normal working hours. If this is not possible, a xxxxxxx, or her alternate, shall obtain the permission of her immediate supervisor before leaving her work to perform her duties as a xxxxxxx.   • Requirements of Rights-of-Way Pur- chaser’s road construction and use of rights-of-way identi- fied in attached list or C5.11 shall be confined to rights-of- way and limited by the related easements and stipula- tions, if any, unless Purchaser makes other arrangements that will not infringe upon or adversely affect the grantee’s rights.   • END USER AGREEMENTS (“EUA GAC acknowledges that the END USER may choose to enter into an End User Agreement (“EUA) with the Contractor through this Agreement, and that the term of the EUA may exceed the term of the current H-GAC Agreement. H-GAC’s acknowledgement is not an endorsement or approval of the End User Agreement’s terms and conditions. Contractor agrees not to offer, agree to or accept from the END USER, any terms or conditions that conflict with those in Contractor’s Agreement with H-GAC. Contractor affirms that termination of its Agreement with H-GAC for any reason shall not result in the termination of any underlying EUA, which shall in each instance, continue pursuant to the EUA’s stated terms and duration.   • Monopolies and Exclusive Service Suppliers 1. Each Party shall ensure that any monopoly supplier of a service in its territory does not, in the supply of the monopoly service in the relevant market, act in a manner inconsistent with that Party's Schedule of specific commitments. 2. Where a Party's monopoly supplier competes, either directly or through an affiliated company, in the supply of a service outside the scope of its monopoly rights and which is subject to that Party's Schedule of specific commitments, the Party shall ensure that such a supplier does not abuse its monopoly position to act in its territory in a manner inconsistent with such commitments. 3. If a Party has reason to believe that a monopoly supplier of a service of the other Party is acting in a manner inconsistent with paragraphs 1 or 2 above, it may request that Party establishing, maintaining or authorising such supplier to provide specific information concerning the relevant operations. 4. The provisions of this Article shall also apply to cases of exclusive service suppliers, where a Party, formally or in effect: (a) authorises or establishes a small number of service suppliers; and (b) substantially prevents competition among those suppliers in its territory.

  • Attachment; Levy; Restraint on Business (a) (i) The service of process seeking to attach, by trustee or similar process, any funds of Borrower or of any entity under the control of Borrower (including a Subsidiary), or (ii) a notice of lien or levy is filed against any of Borrower’s assets by any Governmental Authority, and the same under subclauses (i) and (ii) hereof are not, within ten (10) days after the occurrence thereof, discharged or stayed (whether through the posting of a bond or otherwise); provided, however, no Credit Extensions shall be made during any ten (10) day cure period; or (i) any material portion of Borrower’s assets is attached, seized, levied on, or comes into possession of a trustee or receiver, or (ii) any court order enjoins, restrains, or prevents Borrower from conducting all or any material part of its business;

  • LEAST RESTRICTIVE ENVIRONMENT/DUAL ENROLLMENT CONTRACTOR and XXX shall follow all LEA policies and procedures that support Least Restrictive Environment (“LRE”) options and/or dual enrollment options if available and appropriate, for students to have access to the general curriculum and to be educated with their nondisabled peers to the maximum extent appropriate. CONTRACTOR and XXX shall ensure that LRE placement options are addressed at all IEP team meetings regarding students for whom ISAs have been or may be executed. This shall include IEP team consideration of supplementary aids and services, goals and objectives necessary for placement in the LRE and necessary to enable students to transition to less restrictive settings. When an IEP team has determined that a student should be transitioned into the public school setting, CONTRACTOR shall assist the LEA in implementing the IEP team’s recommended activities to support the transition.
