Duty Station Sample Clauses

Duty Station. The Transport Unit maintains offices throughout the State of Oregon. The employee’s assigned office will be determined at the time of hire.
Duty Station. A. Neither an employee's duty station nor the employee shall be transferred unless such transfer is in the best interest of the State. Prior to approving any requests for involuntary transfers, the Director of the Division of Personnel shall request and consider the comments of the Union.
