Common use of Eligibility a Clause in Contracts

Eligibility a. Northern Project Allowance will apply to an employee who has worked for six (6) consecutive working days on an eligible project or combination of projects retroactive to the first day of the six (6) day eligibility period. B) Employees away from an eligible project for more than two (2) working days must re-establish this eligibility period. C) Days of travel will be considered as working days for this purpose.
